Returns policy
Change – return – replacement of products
Changes and returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The products must be in excellent condition, not used or worn and must be accompanied by the purchase document (receipt or invoice).
The return of the products can be done with a courier company at the address Kassopitras 3, without charge to the customer.
Once we receive the product, we send the new one with a shipping cost of € 3. In case of issuing a credit coupon or refund, the shipping costs of the product are borne by the customer.
Cyprus: the cost of returning the product as well as the shipping costs of the new product are borne entirely by the customer.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased from our online store and request their replacement for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect product shipment
In case the order is proven to be executed incorrectly by the company, ie in case of delivery of another product than the one ordered by type or quantity, you have the right to request its replacement with the originally ordered product or with another up to the amount of the paid price or at an additional price if desired.
In this case the costs of returning the original product and shipping the new one are borne by the company.
2. Product manufacturing defect
In case the item is completely or partially damaged during delivery or in case the item is found to be defective you have the right to request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price paid or with an additional price if you wish. The product must be returned within three (3) calendar days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by a retail receipt or purchase invoice. If the period of three (3) calendar days has passed from the date of receipt, PD wooden creations has the right not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.

3. Product change
In case you want to change the product you have purchased from our online store, you must fill in the product change – return form, which you will find inside the product packaging and follow the detailed instructions listed on it.
